Hop & Bike Tour
with a Hop Farmer

Who could show you the Hallertau better than someone who works among the bines every day? On this tour, you'll cycle through the hop gardens together with a local hop farmer. Along the way, he'll tell you how hops grow and are cared for, which varieties he grows and how much work goes into the "green gold".

You can touch the cones, smell them and discover the differences between varieties for yourself. After a relaxed beer or refreshment break, you'll ride back to the farm for a tour of the hop farm. The tour is especially impressive in high summer, when the bines tower metres into the sky.
