Payment methods

After receiving your booking confirmation/invoice (including the insolvency protection certificate in accordance with §§ 651r and 651t of the German Civil Code), a deposit of 20% of the total travel price is due. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your trip. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full travel price is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice.

Available payment methods:

• Bank Transfer / Invoice: If you choose this payment method, please make your booking by phone. Your booking confirmation/invoice will include all relevant payment details, including our bank account information. The remaining balance is due automatically according to the payment schedule—no further reminder is required.
• PayPal: Pay quickly and securely online. The payment will be charged directly to your PayPal account after your booking is completed.

Please note: Once your booking has been confirmed, the selected payment method cannot be changed.
