Cultural Cycling Tour Between Hop Country and the Danube –
4 Days of Hallertau Culture
Hop country meets the Danube valley: this cycling tour takes you to the cultural treasures on the edge of the Hallertau. From your hotel in Bad Gögging, you'll cycle to the famous Asam church in Rohr, on to the Kuchlbauer brewery in Abensberg and, the next day, to the Roman fort of Abusina in Eining.
You'll cross the Danube on the traditional cable ferry at Stausacker and enjoy views of the Weltenburg Narrows before stopping at the abbey beer garden in Weltenburg. The stages are relaxed, and after your ride the Limes thermal spa is within easy reach of the hotel.
